Coffee lovers, rejoice!
Our host hotel, the Seelbach Hilton, has a Starbucks in the building! We know though that on conference mornings that line can get pretty long, so we’ve come up with some more options for you too if you’re willing to walk a short distance.
There is a Heine Bros. coffee right across the street, and then another Starbucks and a Dunkin’ Donuts less than two blocks away. We are so thrilled that there are many options for getting your caffeine fix throughout the day.
Heine Bros. is a Louisville original and staple, and you will find several of its locations around the city. Try their Vint Julep for something unique to the city! It’s an espresso made with Mint Julep and bourbon-infused sugars. Try it iced, hot or blended. Sounds positively divine!
They also carry several breakfast options including breakfast bowls, biscuit sandwiches, oatmeal, pastries, juices, teas, and more.
If you’re willing to venture just a tad further out, within walking distance there are places like Wild Eggs, Nancy’s Bagel Box, J Graham’s Cafe (home of Louisville’s famous Hot Brown at the Brown Hotel!), Sunergos Coffee, Please & Thank You, Panera Bread, and McDonald’s.
