Lexington Restaurants Open to Serve You

SHARE

We at the Reset Conference had compiled an original restaurant list for you of places to check out in Lexington while you’re there. We are adjusting that list a bit to include places that are for sure open following the COVID-19 restrictions, and letting you know of any special circumstances like limited patio seating, outdoor only, indoor only, etc. The good news is that the weather should be BEAUTIFUL in Lexington at the end of September so you will be set with either indoor or outdoor dining!

This list from Ace Weekly shows restaurants that reopened at the end of May with COVID limitations.

Lexington is home to the state of Kentucky’s first food hall.  Located about 20 minutes from the Campbell House, the Barn at the Summit food hall boasts a dozen+ restaurants, many of which are locally sourced restaurants that keep with the traditions, meat, and produce of the region.  There’s also a Starbucks there, as well as a Blaze Pizza, a CoreLife Eatery, and a Whole Foods, among others.

Within walking distance of the Campbell House are a few coffee and fast-food dining options — Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks (3 blocks), Pete’s Wok (pan-Asian), Zaxby’s, Rally’s, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Jimmy John’s, and Dairy Queen.  There is also a restaurant, a grab ‘n’ go cafe, and a bourbon bar within the hotel itself.

Lexington is home to several food delivery services including UberEats, GrubHub, and DoorDash, and more than 30 food trucks. The food trucks can usually be found downtown on “Food Truck Fridays” or in the distillery district. We’ll also have a couple of trucks on-site behind the Campbell House for your use all weekend. More updates to come on the types of food/drink as they become available!

If you’re up for driving or ride-sharing to other parts of town, here are some great dining options, gathered from the Lexington Visitors Guide!
