Welcome to the Reset Conference Alumni Testimony of the Week where we’re asking past attendees to use their own words to reflect on the Reset Conference and the impact it has had for them and their photography businesses. Read on to hear from Reset Alum, Lita Collins!
Hi, Lita! Tell us a little about yourself!
I am a part-time photographer. A wife and mom. I work a successful full-time job and sadly I can’t completely give my all to photography because of my full-time job. I absolutely love being a photographer.
Tell us your Reset story! Why did you decide to attend the conference?
When I found out about the Reset Conference and then found out it was in my city, there was no way I was going to miss out. I try to make it a point to invest in my business.
Tell us about your favorite Reset memory!
Meeting some photographers I have taking online classes from and totally fanning out. Lol. Also meeting new people and I made a few new friends that we have kept in contact with each other.
Why should a photographer attend this conference?
This conference is for everyone! Not just a certain class of people. Hearing the stories and being able to relate with others that have the same passion. To know that you are not alone in some of your struggles or roadblocks.
Is there any constructive feedback you’d like to give or something that you would have changed?
No changes, but I would love to see a child’s styled shoot. And more family sessions being offered. I can’t wait for next year. Thank you for a great conference Reset!
